St Luke’s Church, Pendleton

Built by Sir George Gilbert Scott between 1864-5, the church has a slim west tower with broach spire. The clerestory has foiled circles and it has lancet windows and glass by Hardman and Kempe. The clerk of works was James Frater. A chancel chapel was added in 1875 along with a baptistry and vestry.
